We firmly believe that excellent communication is crucial in order to successfully manage Human Directionals. BMG has set up a system that guarantees sales offices and Marketing management have great communication avenues with weekend Route Supervisors and upper management staff 7 days a week (all BMG management staff works on Saturday and Sunday). Our average response time to issues reported by a sales office is generally under 15 minutes (all supervisors are on a Nextel© system).

Tri-Direct System

Ensures that sign is always pointing in the correct direction.
Sign is substantially larger than most competitors signs.
Sign spinner is expected to keep the sign rocking all day long with the exception of a 30 minute lunch and a 15 minute break. Greatly Increased productivity time.
This system is not designed to make the spinners job any easier, just more effective. We expect that sign to be moving all day long!
Our method is much more effective at directing traffic than the radical spinning method.
Many times the sign stays up during breaks (as long as it is not too windy).

Unparalleled Supervision

12-15 Directionals maximum per supervisor.
Every Directional is checked by the supervisor at least 1 time every 30-45 minutes to make sure that they are correctly doing their job. If they are not doing their job correctly they will be reprimanded and will be replaced if they do not perform up to our standards.
Experienced, reliable, well-trained supervisors. Most of our supervisors are in management positions at their full time jobs.
All supervisors go through a 2 day training class (in a classroom setting and in the field).
All Route Supervisors have “in the field” performance evaluations at least 1 time per month.
Most routes are less than 10 miles in radius.

No burden or responsibility for sales agents

All signs and equipment are stored at our locations.
Lunch and 15 minute break is always given at a set time and is monitored closely by supervisor.
Water is distributed by supervisor.
Sign spinners are not allowed to visit the sales office for any reason other than an Emergency.
All sign spinners are shown their locations and set-up by the supervisor.
Supervisor make any location changes that are requested by the sales office and/or marketing department.
